Ben O’Connor

Trial Lawyer

Ben O’Connor is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana, who has called Baton Rouge home since 2014.

Ben is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on personal injury matters and complex business litigation.

Before attending law school, Ben attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he graduated with an Honors Degree in Accounting and International Business. Following his undergraduate studies, Ben continued his education at the Southern University Law Center, where he earned his Juris Doctorate.

While in law school, Ben gained valuable experience in complex insurance defense litigation while clerking at Liberty Mutual and GoAuto. After receiving his J.D., Ben launched his legal career, joining Babcock Partners as an associate trial lawyer.

When not advocating for his clients, Ben enjoys traveling and spending time with his family at their fishing camp in Lake False Point, Louisiana.

Ben is admitted to practice law in all Louisiana state courts.
